Welcome to Get Agent Built. Get Agent Built is a brand of The Rare Group LLC ("Get Agent Built," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy and Terms of Use explains how Get Agent Built collects and uses information, the rules that apply when you use our website, courses, downloads, communications, and other services, and important limitations regarding our educational content.
By accessing GetAgentBuilt.com, creating an account, enrolling in a program, purchasing a product, or using any Get Agent Built content, you agree to these terms.
PRIVACY POLICY
1. Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, telephone number, billing information, account information, course responses, survey responses, support requests, and other information you choose to provide.
We may also collect information about how you use our website and programs, including pages viewed, lessons completed, login activity, downloads, device information, browser information, IP address, and general website activity.
Payment information may be processed by Kajabi Payments or other authorized payment processors. Get Agent Built does not necessarily receive or store your complete payment-card information.

3. Email and Communications

If you subscribe to marketing communications, you may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link provided in those messages.
Unsubscribing from marketing emails may not prevent you from receiving necessary transactional or account-related communications.
Text messages are sent only to people who have expressly opted in to receive them, as described in Section 4.
4. Text Messages (SMS)
If you provide your mobile phone number and check the SMS consent box on one of our forms, Get Agent Built may send you text messages related to what you signed up for, such as webinar, event, or free training registration confirmations, access details, schedule updates, and reminders. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any registration or purchase.
When you opt in, we collect your mobile phone number and a record of your consent (including the date, time, and the form you used) so that we can deliver the messages you requested and honor opt-out requests.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as the messaging platform and customer service providers that help us deliver text messages, is permitted. All other categories of sharing described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Cookies and Analytics
GetAgentBuilt.com may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, understand website activity, improve performance, and measure marketing effectiveness.
Third-party services used by Get Agent Built may also place cookies or similar technologies according to their own privacy policies.

Get Agent Built currently uses Kajabi as a primary platform for website, course, customer, communication, and payment-related functions.

We do not sell personal information for money.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. The sharing described below does not apply to that information, except for the service providers that help us deliver text messages, as described in Section 4.
We may share information with service providers, professional advisors, payment processors, technology partners, or other parties when reasonably necessary to operate the business, fulfill a request, protect our rights, comply with law, or complete a business transaction.
If advertising technologies are used in the future in a manner that qualifies as “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or a similar regulated activity under applicable privacy law, Get Agent Built will provide any choices required by applicable law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information.

1. Educational Purpose
Get Agent Built provides educational information, training, templates, systems, examples, worksheets, scripts, tools, and other resources related primarily to real estate business development and professional skills.
The content is provided for general educational purposes.
Nothing provided by Get Agent Built constitutes legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, insurance, or brokerage-specific advice.
2. Real Estate Laws and Brokerage Requirements
Real estate laws, regulations, forms, agency requirements, disclosure requirements, compensation practices, advertising rules, and brokerage policies vary by state, jurisdiction, MLS, association, and brokerage.
You are responsible for confirming that anything you implement complies with:
- Applicable federal, state, and local law.
- Your real estate licensing requirements.
- Your brokerage's policies and procedures.
- MLS and association rules.
- Applicable advertising, communication, privacy, and consumer-protection requirements.
When course materials conflict with applicable law, regulation, brokerage policy, or professional guidance, those requirements control.
3. No Guarantee of Results
Get Agent Built does not guarantee leads, appointments, clients, closings, revenue, commissions, profit, production levels, business growth, or any other specific result.
Examples, projections, calculations, strategies, case studies, and illustrations are provided for educational purposes and should not be interpreted as guarantees or promises of future performance.
Results depend on many factors, including individual effort, experience, skill, market conditions, budget, implementation, competition, economic conditions, and other circumstances outside the control of Get Agent Built.
4. Account Access
Your account is intended for your individual use unless Get Agent Built expressly authorizes otherwise in writing.
You agree not to:
- Share your login credentials with unauthorized users.
- Allow others to access paid content through your account.
- Copy or redistribute course content.
- Record, reproduce, resell, publish, upload, or distribute program materials without permission.

5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Get Agent Built owns or licenses the courses, videos, presentations, workbooks, calculators, scripts, graphics, branding, templates, written materials, frameworks, downloads, and other original content provided through the platform.
Purchasing or receiving access gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own professional development and business.
Ownership of the intellectual property is not transferred to you.
You may use completed worksheets, scripts, processes, and tools within your own real estate business unless a specific resource states otherwise.
You may not sell, sublicense, teach, distribute, publish, or commercially reproduce Get Agent Built course materials as your own product without written authorization.
6. Early-Access Programs
Certain users may receive early access to programs before all planned modules, features, or resources have been released.
Early-access participants understand that:
- Additional content may be added over time.
- Course organization or materials may change.
- Features may be revised based on testing and feedback.
- Certain materials may temporarily remain unavailable while being completed.
Early-access participation does not create any guarantee regarding a specific release date for future content.
7. Purchases and Payments
Prices and payment options are displayed at checkout at the time of purchase.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you select.
Any payment plan offered represents a commitment to the full purchase unless the written offer terms expressly state otherwise.
8. Refunds
Refund eligibility, if any, will be governed by the refund policy displayed or provided with the specific offer at the time of purchase.
Digital Product Refund Policy
Due to the immediate access provided to Get Agent Built's digital course content, training materials, worksheets, calculators, templates, and other downloadable resources, except where required by applicable law, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
We encourage you to review the free training, sample lesson, program details, and FAQs before purchasing to determine whether Get Agent Built is right for you.
If you experience a technical problem accessing content you purchased, contact [email protected] and we will work with you to resolve the access issue.
Access provided at no charge to team members, partners, testers, or other complimentary users has no cash value and is not eligible for a refund.
9. Communications and Marketing
By providing contact information, you agree that Get Agent Built may send communications necessary to administer your account, provide purchased services, deliver requested materials, and provide customer support.
Marketing communications will be handled according to applicable consent and unsubscribe requirements.
Text messages are sent only to people who have expressly opted in by checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms. Providing a phone number alone does not opt you in to text messages. See Section 10 (Text Messaging Terms).
You are responsible for ensuring that any scripts, templates, email sequences, text-message strategies, automated communications, or marketing systems you implement comply with applicable laws, consent requirements, platform rules, and brokerage policies.
10. Text Messaging Terms
Program description. When you register for a Get Agent Built webinar, event, or free training and check the SMS consent box, you agree to receive non-marketing text messages from Get Agent Built (a brand of The Rare Group LLC) about your registration, including confirmations, access details, schedule updates, and reminders. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of registration or purchase.
Opting out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message, or text STOP to (866) 913-2723. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you want to join again, register again on our website and check the SMS consent box, or text START to (866) 913-2723.
Help. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at [email protected].
Rates and frequency. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on the webinars, events, or trainings you register for. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. For privacy-related questions, please refer to Section 4 (Text Messages) of the Privacy Policy above. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
11. Testimonials and Examples
Testimonials, examples, student experiences, and business scenarios represent individual experiences and are not guarantees that another person will achieve the same or similar results.
12. Third-Party Products and Services
Courses may discuss or reference third-party products, platforms, software, vendors, websites, or services.
Get Agent Built does not control these third parties and is not responsible for changes to their products, pricing, availability, policies, security, performance, or terms.
References to third-party services do not necessarily constitute an endorsement or guarantee.
13. User Responsibility
You remain solely responsible for decisions you make in your business.
You agree to exercise independent professional judgment and obtain appropriate legal, accounting, tax, brokerage, compliance, or other professional advice when necessary.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Get Agent Built and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, programs, materials, strategies, third-party services, or inability to access the services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Get Agent Built and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, violation of applicable law, or infringement of another party's rights.
16. Availability and Changes
We may modify, update, replace, reorganize, or discontinue features, course materials, website content, or services when reasonably necessary.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, third-party services, internet outages, technical problems, or circumstances beyond our control.
17. Termination
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of fraud, unauthorized distribution, abusive conduct, nonpayment, security concerns, or material violation of these Terms.
Provisions regarding intellectual property, liability, payment obligations, and other provisions that logically survive termination will remain in effect.
18. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to Get Agent Built's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page.
Continued use of the website or services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
